Mr. Hammond was kind, informative, professional and very helpful. He did a complete inspection of my fireplace in chimney, including having to climb up onto my steep roof several times to fix something. He also took his time to answer my questions and help me learn how to use the gas starter in my fireplace, since I've never had one before. He was also very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

The owner was really booked up at the time i called but instead was incredibly kind and spent a lot of time on the phone with me on FaceTime answering my questions about my fireplace. He couldn't have been more generous with his time!

Mr. Hammond converted our gas fireplace to wood burning with a gas starter. He was very thorough, tidy and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this very busy guy....if you need work done, do it in the summer, he gets booked fast in the fall and winter.
